Small locally-owned property managers looking for another maintenance person. Can you: - Show up when you say you will? - Be friendly and nice to our amazing tenants? - Climb a ladder? - Lift a box that's 20 pounds if needed? Then you might be perfect! We want someone who will help us clean the buildings, check out the roof every season, rake leaves, shovel snow, vacuum, and keep our buildings looking lovely. We will train you to do some easy repairs, change locks, fix doors, etc. and there’s a chance to move up in the company. We have a good time at work, and we would ask that you have a good time too. It's a full-time job. We are based in Edgewater, and we offer vacation time and perks. It's a growing company, and there is lots of room to grow with us.
