Experienced handy familiar with residential electrical. since this is "craigslist" its a cash deal, payout at end of the workday. Need to replace load center in the shop with new surface mount load center and breakers, same location. At main house, need to recircuit between 2 existing adjacent load centers, and route 200A service to new auto transfer switch. Other miscellaneous new lighting circuits and new receptacles.
