Need someone affordable for a few small handyman type jobs

Hi I am on a fixed income, and am looking for someone affordable to do a few odd jbs around the house. I need a couple small flower/bush beds weeded and mulched, I have a 6X3 shed that needs to be put together and in place with a small area leveled for it, I have a sun shade thing that needs to be hung over a small patio, a few pieces of lattice put up, and a kind of heavy shelf that needs to be put together, I do have a few more things but these are the immediate issues, and I do have all the materials for these jobs already. Please keep in mind I am on craigs list hiring someone to find someone affordable, I can not pay several hundred dollars an hr or I would call a service, so please be reasonable. I am including a picture of the type of sun shade I need put up Please respond by text or email with price and when you could do this work.
