Penny and the Flamethrowers is a hard-driving, rock and rollin, slingin and swingin' Rockabilly band out of the Dallas area. We have opened for several national Rockabilly acts such as Horrorpops, The Delta Bombers and 3 Bad Jacks. We have our own brand of rockabilly swing music that we call psycho swing. We are looking for a fire-breathin' sax player to join our group as our permanent player. We have a great line up of subs who can fill in, but none of them really have the time to commit to us as our full-time player. We are more than just a band... we are family. And we have several shows on the horizon through the remainder of the year. Finally, we are close to getting into the studio and laying down some original compositions.
