Requirements: • Available to work 12 hours shifts and weekends. • Read/write, communicate in English. • Be trained in oven chart readings and write temperature control documents. • Able to work in a hot environment and unsupervised. • Follow all policies and procedures. • Must be bilingual English/Spanish.
