Classic car mechanic with electrical experience

I need some help. I have a classic chevy that has some minor mechanical work to be completed as well as I need some help with the electrical harness and headlight assembly. If you have solid experience in this area, especially electrical, please describe and send pictures. Work would need to be performed at my house in my garage in Naperville. Please include in your response your hourly rate.
