Property Management Company in Orange County is looking for reliable, honest and detail-oriented individual with landscaping and general porter experience. Looking for an employee for long-term career with growing business. Looking for Employee that feels pride in his/her work to maintain a clean and organized properties. Job includes driving to locations all over Orange County, and including Long Beach. Employee will get reimbursed for gas expenses. Employee must have vehicle or be able to drive company vehicle. Compensation will depend on experience and qualifications including having own tools, vehicle, etc... Responsibilities will include: 1. Operate tools and grounds keeping equipment 2. Perform debris removal for large clean-ups (must be able to lift 50lbs). 3. Clean, dispose of trash, pull weeds around external grounds of properties. 4. Operate a pressure washer if needed. 5. Remove graffiti from walls and trash enclosures. 6. Perform cleaning services and wipe down of windows, window seals, tables, and more. 7. Breaking Down disposed furniture, boxes, dumped items, and perform general tasks to maintain the cleanliness of the properties. 8. Perform general demolition duties. 9. Ability to work independently 10. Plant new plants if needed. 11. Ability to bend down, climb ladders, and general physical labor. 12. Use blower to clean leaves, sweep, and dispose of trash, debris, and other materials 13. Paint and or perform small maintenance duties if needed. Must be comfortable with technology and be familiar with using an iPhone to take daily photos of job site. Must have proof of eligibility to work in the U.S., a valid CA Driver's license. Must have a clean driving record and be able to operate a vehicle. Must be able to read, write and communicate and follow instructions in English.
