Job Summary: The Foreman Supervisor oversees and manages the team members on a project. In addition to job site safety, the priority is to ensure that the project stays on schedule, on budget, and communicates daily with the team regarding the materials needed to keep the project progressing. This position is Salary and no overtime is offered. Must work at least a minimum of 40 hours per week. Responsibilities: • Must have the ability to keep the project on schedule, on budget and communicate materials that are needed on a daily basis. • Assists in Client Sales process • Assists in the Estimating process • Maintain positive Client Relations • Responsible for Client Management while at job site • Responsible for “Two Week Look Ahead” Reports • Develop a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP/check list/punch list) when Opening and Closing a project • Communicates daily with team members and owners • Trains employees in accordance with company policies and procedures • Responsible for the job site to be clean and organized at all times • Responsible and manages job site safety at all times • Responsible for weekly Tail Gate Meetings that are OSHA compliant • Manages Tool and Equipment inventory and maintenance • Informs owners of any Project Change Orders • Responsible for employee related issues and communicating to Owners • Manages company vehicles and maintenance • Responsible for discipline of employees in accordance with company policies • Communicates with Owners if any project and client issues arise • Responsible for employee mobile time card management and vacation/sick requests Required Skills: • Ability to work as a leader in a group atmosphere and complete given tasks • Knowledge of plant material and irrigation • Knowledge of low voltage lighting • Knowledge of masonry work • Knowledge in operating machinery and tractors • Knowledge in job site residential construction safety • Knowledge in installing, maintaining, troubleshooting irrigation and drainage systems • Minimum 5-7 years experience in Residential Construction. • Must have a valid and current California Driver’s License (subject to insurance company approval) • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills • Must have writing and grammar skills • Must be able to read construction plans • Must have own tools • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Must be able to speak and read English and Spanish is a plus • Ability to prioritize daily tasks and the ability to delegate when appropriate • Ability to function well in a fast paced environment Physical Requirements: • Must be able to lift up to 90 lbs at times. • Must be able to stand, walk, kneel and bend up to 8+ hours per day • Must be able to sit and drive in a truck at times • Must be able to be outside for up to 8 hours per day
