Workhorse Recruiting LLC is adding vendors to its vendor network. Workhorse Recruiting’s clients have picked up maintenance / minor repair work on Single Family homes throughout the US. WHR client portfolio consist mostly of property management companies that work for Investment firms such as Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Boa Securities. Workhorse is looking for general handyman crews to complete minor repairs. Most of the Management companies pay 3 weeks after property has been completed.
