Meadows Housing in Yakima is looking for a maintenance tech for our 40 unit apartment complex. We prefer a day shift person buy are flexible on the hours, you will work on your own completing work orders while taking direction from the Site Manager. We prefer someone with experience but if you have knowledge in basic construction, have handyman skills, are mechanically inclined, are good at repairing and fixing things... we can consider you for this job.
