Janitorial Account Manager needed for key account We are seeking a key account manager for a large janitorial account with over 75 employees. Qualified candidates should have 3-5 years managing at least 50 or more employees. This position will work different shifts during the week, so you need to be free to work all shifts during the week. The schedule may change as needed by the company. This account operates on 3 shifts, 24 hours per day seven days per week. You will report to the account contract manager. Qualified Candidates should have the following qualifications: - Excellent communication skills - Ability to direct others while creating a team atmosphere - Ability to de-escalate conflict - Excellent organizational skills - A willingness to learn and accept direction from the contract manager - Positive attitude - Ability to solve problems and make good decisions that achieve positive results - Good computer skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office programs You must be able to pass a background check and a drug test.
