I just caught a Federal Judge Lying and Cheating to protect his friends and his investment while presiding over a case in SDNY, what can I do? His friends make about 1 Billion dollars a day. How can you compete with that much money influencing the court system. Side note: The cheating and lying is all in black and white (Dokect System) Please help me, I am a black male with no record whatsoever. ------ The issue of whether defendant, Amazon had sold the same Laptop as new twice, once to the Defendant, CheckPoint, on June 7, 2016, and again to the Plaintiff, on June 22, 2016, in between which times, while in the possession of CheckPoint, spyware was loaded on the Laptop, admittedly by CheckPoint, is factually determined by competent evidence capable of being admitted at trial that the serial numbers are the same. The two decisions of Judge Edgardo Ramos mention only the serial number of the Laptop purchased by the Plaintiff, on June 22, 2016, in which, while in the possession of CheckPoint, spyware was loaded on the Laptop, admittedly by CheckPoint. The serial number of the Laptop earlier purchased by the defendant, CheckPoint, on June 7, 2016, is never mentioned in either of his decisions, making it difficult to compare the “theory of the case”, as he calls Plaintiff’s statement of the facts in this case in his hearing on the defendants Motion to vacate their defaults. This oversight of Judge Ramos could easily have been rectified by viewing the following affidavits submitted and filed by CheckPoint. When asked about the theory of the case he invariably relied on the assertions of Amazon of two computers, rather than the affidavits that he submitted for CheckPoint, both of which set forth the serial number of the Laptop earlier purchased by the defendant, CheckPoint, on June 7, 2016, as C02RQ1T3G8WN...
