Large apartment community is looking for an experienced assistant maintenance supervisor located in North Las Vegas. The successful candidate will need to have working knowledge and experience in various tasks associated with multi-family housing apartments. This will include electrical, appliance repairs, drywall, painting, plumbing, HVAC repairs etc. Must have own tools and reliable transportation. Must be HVAC certified and CPO certified with a minimum of two years in the apartment industry. Employment is contingent upon passing a background check and employment drug testing. This is a full-time position which includes a benefit package. Can consider onsite apartment discount as part of your compensation.
