Property Management company in Holyoke looking for a handyman/maintenance worker to join our team. We are looking for a reliable person with property maintenance skills that can work both independently and as part of our team. Responsibilities: Turning over apartments include painting, cleaning, and repair. Maintain property exterior and ground. Keep walkways, clean, safe, and free from snow and any debris. Checks dumpsters daily and keeps area clean from debris. Perform interior maintenance and light repairs such as: electrical repair (light fixtures), light carpentry, leaks in plumbing, drywalling and other general maintenance. Assist tradespeople with electrical or plumbing repairs Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks. Maintain professionalism while in contact with residents and other employees.
