Looking for an assistant that can perform a various amount of different tasks on a daily basis with minimal hand holding involved. Willing to train the right person for the job, which is worth more than the type of college education you can obtain now days. The right candidate will have some construction knowledge, computer knowledge and a willingness to learn things on a quick timeline. Tasks needing completed include working on computer heavily along with answering phone calls and making calls. This will require someone that has people skills, computer skills and the flexibility to listen and learn quickly. I am not looking for someone that needs told how to do something more than twice. If the work product that is sub par and it requires myself or someone else in mgmt. to come back and correct the finale work, then you're not the correct person. Willing to training the right person, which will give you the skills to pursue a job in which you can easily make a six figure payout per year while working only a few months per year. Looking to hire someone within the next few days.
