Must have reliable transportation, be eligible to work in the US, and speak English. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen and have a current valid driver's license. Position: Full-Time Pay: Will be discussed, based on the level of experience kills Required: Minimum 1-year prior experience Landscape maintenance (trees, shrubbery, flowering plants, mulch beds) Weed control/mowing experience Mowing turf using various mowers Edge grass at curbs and walkways Blow leaves and clippings Prune shrubs and trees as needed and clear debris Pull weeds as needed Clean the site and watch for trash, limbs, and rocks Unload equipment from trucks/trailers Wash equipment and truck Change equipment blades and oil Clean air filters Roadway maintenance experience/MOT Certifications (+ but not mandatory) A clean driving record is essential Commercial pressure cleaning experience, including having pulled a pressure-cleaning trailer Work in a fast-paced environment Load and affix pressure washing equipment to a truck Able to use a hand saw
