Seeking full time handyman with a can-do attitude and sense of pride in their work. Cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs Painting Patching Hanging shelves, pictures, etc. Service with a Smile Operating snow removal equipment General maintenance knowledge (experience with garbage disposals, toilets, etc) highly preferred Pay rate: $18.57 Union Position w/ benefits if preferred Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or Wednesday -Sunday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM The below are required: GED or equivalent, Valid driver's license, clear criminal history. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, climb ladders, stoop, bend, and stand for extended periods of time.
