These selfish uncaring people just keep breeding more dogs when hundreds of thousands are being killed in animal shelters because there is no one to care for them. Why are these people breeding more? They want the money or they are just irresponsible pet owners who did not get their pets fixed. Help me flag these breeders. Thanks.
