21st Century Storage is seeking a temporary part-time or full-time candidate to perform janitorial, groundskeeping, painting, and other short-term project work. The part time position is 20 hours per week and the FT position is 35-40 per week. Candidate will be expected to: -maintain clean facility and grounds -perform seasonal work: lawn maintenance, weed control, snow shoveling, plowing, ice-melt applications -perform special project work including but not limited to painting, cleaning gutters, roof coating, scrubbing doors Candidate must have: -the ability to report to work as scheduled and report to work on-time -attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks on time and efficiently -a great attitude -the ability to take direction and work independently -the ability to lift 50lbs. -flexibility in scheduling
