Position Summary: Warehouse coordinator position responsible for product placement based on warehouse management software, communication from manufacturing, and communication to lift truck drivers based on plant production scheduling. Primary Responsibilities: • Communication with lift truck drivers • Communication with manufacturing plant • Product placement using warehouse management software (Logics/ICCA) • Coordination with team for quality hold product and understanding of building 4 wall capacity • Managing conveyor assignments per plant production model schedules • Coordinating with plant maintenance to accommodate repairs or preventative maintenance • Sunday conveyor start-up Qualifications: • Communication skills • Computer skills across multiple platforms • Critical thinker • Inventory control knowledge • Trouble shooting problems/resolution • Perceptive observer • $18.25 Base Rate • Plus, $1.00 Shift Differential • 3rd shift – Sunday to Thursday 10:45PM - 6:45AM • $1500. sign on bonus Paid in three increments: $500 after 31 days, $500 after 61 days and $500 after 91 days Additional Benefits: • Paid Time Off • Medical Insurance • Dental Insurance • Vision Insurance • Life Insurance • 401K with company match. • Associate Referral Program Qualifications: • 2 years of general office experience required • 1 year of customer service experience required • High School diploma or equivalent required • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required • AS400 experience preferred • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job • Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening.
