Description
Healthy Eats Classroom welcomes Adrienne from Johnson's Little Bake Shop for our first ever pie making class! Johnson's bake shop is known locally for their emphasis on fresh local produce baked into their amazing products. If you haven't heard, The Little Bake Shop makes the most amazing pies which has inspired us to do our first ever pie making class! This is a special class for both of us as we show you some healthier options for pies and the techniques for making your own beautiful sweet and savory pies at home. This is a hands-on class where participants will be helping make one of the recipes in small groups. We will show you the different ways to top your pies and how to perfect your crust. Participants will get to taste each pie and take home the step-by-step recipes to recreate again and again. Only 22 spots available for this class. Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable to another person or class one week prior to the class date. Kids over 8 are welcome to sign up with an adult and need a separate ticket. Message me with any questions. See you in class! Pie Menu: Classic Apple Pie Pecan Pie Pear Cardamom Pie Veggie Pot Pie Tomato Ricotta Pie with Arugula Pesto All desserts are dairy and egg free. Pies contain gluten.
