Our guest speaker, Oleksii Iaremenko, Deputy Minister of Health for Ukraine, embodies the concept of “leadership in crisis”. While facing the aftermath of a global pandemic and suffering through a devastating full-scale war with Russia, Minister Iaremenko is responsible for formulating policy for the Ukrainian health care recovery plan. Join us for an opportunity to learn from and interact with someone who is right now leading in the midst of crisis and putting into practice the principles that we aspire to in our own lives as leaders in our businesses and communities. BIO Since 2007 Iaremenko has been working in the field of health care, in particular in the HIV Services Reform in Action Project and the USAID Health Care Reform Support Project. He has 16 years of experience in health policy formulation and management and 5 years of experience in managing and providing technical assistance in implementing health care reform, including health financing and management. Education: Master of International Law, Institute of International Relations, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv;Master of Administrative Management, Institute of Personnel Training of the State Employment Service of Ukraine;Bachelor of International Relations, Institute of International Relations, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
