I have been running a detail/customization shop for almost 10 years now. We are currently relocating to a much larger location and we are looking to expand our services. We are currently interviewing for anyone with the skills listed below:
-Detailers - Some experience required. We do high end detailing, but will train the proper candidate.
-Vinyl wrap installers
-Someone who specializes in anything regarding automotive electronics (custom lighting, etc.)
-Shop hand - A fast learner who must be extremely detail oriented and very efficient.
We are looking for highly motivated and hard working candidates. We do not tolerate drama and we expect all egos to be checked at the door. We are looking for someone who will be able to meld with the team and help this business grow.
Passion is probably the most important trait we are looking for. I assure you, I will hire a person who is more hungry for learning and growing with us than someone who is simply skilled.
