Doors open at 7:00 am for program registration. Registration ends and the program begins promptly at 7:30 am and ends by 8:30 am. $20 pre-registration or $25 at the doorAbout the Speaker, Rick BernardoRick Bernardo was born and raised in the capital district. Following graduation from Albany Academy he attended the University of Maine where he played baseball while finishing his degree in Communications. Rick was drafted in the 12th round by the Texas Rangers and pioneered the first professional baseball league in Taiwan in 1990. He has been inducted into the respective baseball Hall of Fames at Albany Academy, University of Maine, and the New York State Capital District. Rick is involved in multiple family businesses including Bernardo Goldstein and Quinn and Bernardo Bail Bonds where he works alongside his brother Jay. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Novus Clothing Company with his sons, Nick and Garrett. Rick has been married to Mary Jo of Bangor, Maine for 34 years and is the proud father of four sons and one daughter and the proud grandfather to a grandson. His youngest son will graduate from Bethlehem High School this year enabling him and Mary Jo to experience empty nesting. Join us at the Queensbury (pictured below)
