Remainder of payment AFTER inspection is passed. If you don't agree, don't message. Alright, the painful stuff is above. Lets lath this 1200 square foot rectangle. The work starts ASAP! If you meet the criteria above, you probably already realize I'd give the stucco work to the folks that can pull this part off. Be ready to take this to the final stucco stage! DETAILS: - The first layer of Tyvek HomeWrap is up. The drip screed is up. You need to inspect and validate this. Fix problems. - The second layer of Tyvek StuccoWrap is purchased and ready. You need to get this installed. I'll hire a third party to inspect. You should meet their required changes - The final layer of lath is last. I'll purchase materials, but you'll provide the list. - We want to stucco the porch. We'll want to stucco the ceiling of the porch. - We want to signfiicantly improve the size of the 4x4 appearance by the porch with stucco, so be ready for that. - The home lacks exterior doors right now. If you need these installed, let me know. - The home is still getting penetrations put in for electrical and plumbing. Be ready to flash these in. This should be straightforward.
