DAY PORTER POSITION Welcome Building Maintenance has been offering Janitorial Services to the Bay Area since 1978! We are looking for a responsible DAY PORTER to join our team and keep our Shopping Centers clean. Please be available Monday thru Friday from 6am -2pm Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. A working cell phone is also required. GENERAL DUTIES Removing trash from parking lots and landscaping using a leaf blower and trash grabber. Keeping walkways free of debris and changing out trash can liners. Sweeping out dumpster enclosures, graffiti removal. Reporting to management any abandoned trash that needs hauling. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Trips to the dump may be required.
