Join our Fall Wreath Workshop in beautiful Beacon, NY! Feel the crisp air, see the trees bursting into color, and imagine yourself sipping a warm apple cider in your favorite mug. It's autumn, baby! To celebrate the best season, we'll make beautiful, unique dried wreaths to display on the door, wall, mantle...you name it. With a mix of dried grasses, branches, berries and flowers, you'll design a fully customized creation you can enjoy for 2-3 years (or more) with proper care. During this small group workshop, you'll learn about: Wreath making styles and techniquesWreath and dried flower design trends, plus how to adapt them to your styleSelecting the best wreath materialsComposing unique, balanced wreaths that suit your place and your tasteColor theory options so your design looks intentional Supplies to make even more wreaths at home!After a tutorial and demo, you'll get to work making your own wreath, with hands-on guidance when you need it. We'll have tasty drinks and snacks, fun music on the speakers, and good energy all around. All guests will receive a 15% discount to shop at Witch Hazel after the event. You don't need to bring anything except yourself...so grab a ticket and come on over. See you soon! FAQ Do I need to wear/bring/prep anything special for the class? No! Be comfortable, as we'll design standing up at tables. Accommodations are readily available for those using wheelchairs and folks who cannot stand comfortably for extended periods. We'll provide all the flowers and supplies. Where do I go for the class? Come to 176 Main Street in Beacon, NY, and enter through the shop's front door. It's to the left of the store window. If you like, pop by a few minutes early to grab a drink and get settled. Do I need any prior experience with flowers, wreaths, etc.? Nope! Do I get to take my wreath home after class? Yep! Why do your wreath classes cost more than your arrangement/bouquet classes? In wreath classes, we need more supplies, and wreaths require more dried materials to look full and "done." More supplies and materials means a slightly higher cost for our small business. What happens if I purchase a ticket but can't attend? Because we're a small business and have to order flowers and supplies in advance, we unfortunately can't offer refunds within 48 hours of the event.
