Where's the BEEF!? Howdy, men. Most people believe there are just four seasons - I respectfully disagree. I'd argue there are just two, maybe three. Salt and Pepper and maybe Garlic if you're a Flatlander from out West of some crusty place like Abilene. So, let's buck up and settle this the old fashioned way as any red-blooded, wild, Godfearing man has since the ancient days of Nephilim and the Leviathans. We're having a BBQ cookoff, and you're invited. The Springsmen would like to invite any male member of the Springs to come out to Jason and Nancy Nelson's place on Saturday, October 22 at 11:00am. There will be briskets. There will be sides. There will be drinks (nonalcoholic provided or BYOB). There will be games. There will be football. There will be blood - probably. And most importantly, there will be MEN. We already have a full book of volunteers to do the cooking. (I know, not everyone had an opportunity to sign up, but next year will be different).
