Please note, due to maintenance on select habitats, some animals may not be visible and some pathways may be temporarily altered or closed during your visit. We’re looking forward to seeing you at the zoo! Here is what you need to know for your visit: Upon arrival please check-in at the admissions booth.The zoo is an outdoor facility open rain or shine. Please come prepared for all types of weather. Tickets will not be refunded for inclement weather. Ticket Details & Restrictions Advanced tickets are not required but are available for your convenience. Additional fees will apply. Please note: An advanced ticket purchase does not guarantee parking. No refunds - Refunds will not be provided. However, you may transfer to another available date within 5 days of your original ticket. Transfers must be completed prior to your reserved date. You are unable to transfer tickets after your original reserved date has passed. To transfer your tickets to a different date, log into your Eventbrite account and select "Tickets".
