After seven years in business in Cedar Rapids, in the spring of 2020, COVID shut the doors on Vitality Fitness & Dance, a safe haven for local women to gain confidence through dance. COVID forced the small dance studio to close its doors and left Cat with a choice. Give up or continue to help people. Almost immediately after closing from COVID, Cat began formulating plans to revolutionize dating in Cedar Rapids using live events like speed dating and a gameshow, as well as coaching and matchmaking. She opened a coaching/ matchmaking agency for men and women called The Agency. Join us as Cat speaks about her journey as she rose up from the ashes. She will discuss her own story of tragedy and how she figured out her worst enemy wasn’t the pandemic, it was herself. She will teach you her secrets of overcoming imposter syndrome and give you the tools you need to face it head-on and stop it in its tracks.
