Weather head must be fixed by a licenced electrician

You must be a licensed electrician and must be able to pull a permit to fix that weather head to be reconnected to the power. It's on a sturdy roof on a single family home ( 1 story). I need an estimate how much do you charge. Later for my crew i could use an electrician for my issues. My old one is retired. Thank you
