For the past 20 years, our non-profit organization US Jr. Taekwondo, Inc also known as US JRTKD, has been the host of the annual US Junior Taekwondo Championship, a Junior Olympic Tournament. This annual event was the highlight of many of our athletes and competitors year not only as a sporting event to demonstrates their skillset, but also to foster sportsmanship among the many Taekwondo Schools in attendance, it inspired learning with free referee classes and special equipment training, it grew a community by bringing together thousands of people that had a common interest in a sport that is hundreds of years old and this event helped to re-invest back into the Taekwondo schools who in turn were able to continue in the training and teaching of their students. As you know, the 2020 pandemic dealt a huge blow to the world not only physically from all of the sickness, but also financially and emotionally. As such, US JRTKD was not able to host their annual championship in light of the COVID-19 Pandemic. With the availability of the COVID-19 vaccine, and popular demand, US JR Taekwondo Inc is excited and honored to announce that we are in the process of hosting the US JR Taekwondo Championship in 2022! However, we still need your help and support in guaranteeing the future of this JR Olympic Tournament. We humbly ask for any monetary donations that you are able to provide. No donation is too small and we also ask for volunteer support especially as the tournament date draws near.
