This engaging session is perfect to get the conversation started around what diversity, equity, and inclusion are, and what strategies can be used to build a more inclusive organization. DAP focuses on five identities: race/ethnicity, religion, ability status, sexual orientation/gender identity, and age. Participants will learn about identity diversity, biases, microaggressions and other facets of diversity, equity, and inclusion. This session also addresses barriers that folks with marginalized identities face, and offers tools foster inclusive environments.
