Liberty Management Group is a small local property management company that is looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician will oversee a community of 160 well-maintained apartment homes. They will be a reliable, positive, friendly, team player, and have a willingness to learn. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Unit turnover work • Basic electrical and plumbing • Basic drywall installation, painting • Pool/spa cleaning and chemical balancing • Daily grounds clean up • Completing maintenance work orders in occupied apartment homes • Maintenance/repairs of household appliances • Work in a team environment • Ability to follow policies and procedures Position Requirements: • Valid drivers license and transportation • High school diploma or GED • Ability to lift, push and pull up to 75 pounds • Able to read and understand policy manuals, safety rules, and instructions • Full-time (Monday thru Friday) • Criminal history background check We offer a competitive salary: • $22-$25 DOE • Kaiser medical insurance (employer pays 90%).
