Description
The family of a black man who had to be restrained by police because he was high on PCP, spitting at officers, refused to obey commands, and was naked on the street in cold weather, are now millionaires from the settlement of Rochester. Their lawyer, now, is a millionaire, too. Isn't it comforting for the taxpayers of the city that they have contributed to the insane wealth of this one family? (Two, if you count in the lawyer). How was this ridiculous amount arrived at for this drug user? I am sure their families are crying all the way to the bank.
