Found Black w/ Collar

was driving home from yogurtland at 10:30 pm and found this black cat on the side of the road. his collar doesnt have a tag and the one neighbor that answered the door doesn’t recognize him, has never seen him before, and doesn’t know of a lost cat. if this is your cat or you know his owners please reach out to me!
