Salary determined after reviewing application • Large attendance bonuses offered with participation in all snow events • If position becomes full-time, 401K, Health Insurance and PTO are offered ***JOB DESCRIPTION*** We are looking for commercial snow shoveling crew members/leaders for the winter season. (Summer work potentially available for those looking for full-time/year-round positions.) Crews typically consist of 2-3 crew members with a crew lead. This position is on an on-call/as needed basis throughout the winter months. The ideal candidate will be available on short notice for all snow events. If it snows, candidate must be there. The ideal candidate must safely and efficiently operate equipment and can effectively manage time without supervision while removing snow from customer’s businesses and apartment/townhouse/condo’s sidewalks as well as other areas needed. ***WORK WEEK*** • Snow falls on average twice a week • Peak months are December, January, and February • Off peak months are October, November, March, and April ***RESPONSIBILITIES*** • Must safely, properly, and efficiently operate shovel and snow equipment • Be ready for duty when winter storms are possible. ***QUALIFICATIONS*** • Valid Driver’s License (preferred, not required) • Availability for on-call work ***OUR MISSION*** Our mission is to perform for our customers the highest level of quality services at fair and market-competitive prices; to ensure the longevity of our company through repeat and referral business achieved by customer satisfaction in all areas, including timeliness, attention to detail, and service-minded attitudes; to maintain the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, honesty, and fairness in our relationships with our customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and professional associates.
