Salary determined after reviewing application • Large attendance bonuses offered with participation in all snow events • If position becomes full-time, 401K, Health Insurance and PTO are offered ***JOB DESCRIPTION*** We are looking for residential snow blowing machine operators for the season. (Summer work potentially available for those looking for full-time/full-year positions.) This position is an on-call or as needed throughout the winter months. The ideal candidate will be available on short notice for all snow events. If it snows, candidate must be there. The ideal candidate must safely and efficiently operate equipment and can effectively manage time without supervision. ***WORK WEEK*** • Snow falls on average twice a week • Peak months are December, January, and February • Off peak months are October, November, March, and April ***RESPONSIBILITIES*** • Must safely, properly, and efficiently operate small cab, diesel snow blowing equipment. • Be ready for duty when winter storms are possible. ***QUALIFICATIONS*** • Valid Driver’s License • Clean driving history • Experience in snow removal (preferred, not required) • Availability for on-call work • Be able to work safely and efficiently for extended periods of time at all hours of the day or night, and in all weather conditions ***OUR MISSION*** Our mission is to perform for our customers the highest level of quality services at fair and market-competitive prices; to ensure the longevity of our company through repeat and referral business achieved by customer satisfaction in all areas, including timeliness, attention to detail, and service-minded attitudes; to maintain the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, honesty, and fairness in our relationships with our customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and professional associates.
