Bi-Lingual preferred. Must have 2-5 years experience with Directional Boring Practices and Excavations. Directing and Supervising Crews for Maximum Production. Must have great work ethics and knowledge of the business. We are growing and we need your help! Must be able to Supervise Crews in a respectful but, firm manner. Must to be able to communicate with crews so that have a clear understanding of what needs to be accomplished. Must be able to answer questions if crews have questions. Must be able to motivate your crews to do their best! We are an underground and aerial construction company we re a subcontractor for several different companies that keep the world connected! We would love for you to come join our Team! 98% of the work is done right in the Maryland, VA and Delaware area and you are home every night.
