Eagle Cleaners, The Abington and surrounding areas premier and only on-site full service dry cleaner and shirt laundry has an excellent opportunity for a full time Assembly Associate. Experience in Dry cleaning and laundry industry preferred but willing to train the right individual. Minimum starting pay $15.00/Hr more for experienced dry cleaning and laundry assembly. Days are Monday through Friday beginning at 7am. Occasional Saturdays required. Full time employees are offered a comprehensive benefits package after 60 days, including PTO, holiday pay and retirement plan with company match. Essential job functions include but not limited to: • Retrieving finished articles • Using an assisted assembly system scanning bar codes and placing article in numbered slots • Once order is completed remove and inspect order for missed stains and creases that need touch up. • Remove lint or pills. • Replace any broken or missing buttons • Once any defects are corrected order is bagged and filed in computer assisted racking system. Other duties can include cleaning up assembly area. Assist with waiting on customers.
