We are recruiting independent field contractors & handymen to maintain vacant properties for banks with experience in the Property Preservation services that include but not limited to lawn maintenance, interior & exterior repair, trash out, roof repair, and recurring services. We also work on Rehab and renovations, as well as single-family rentals. Grass cut vendors are encouraged to apply as we have around 500 properties to maintain lawn bi-weekly. Payment: We pay on the following Friday after 14 days from the submission of a work order with sufficient photos, bids, and information that is required by our clients and accepted by them. If a work order is rejected by our clients, then the actual date of completion and acceptance from the client will be in the count in terms of payment release. We pay on the following Friday after 7 days from the submission of any grass re-cut order with sufficient photos. You must have the following: > able to submit and pass Aspen Grove background check. > valid driver's license with auto insurance. > general liability insurance and errors/omissions insurance. > must be able to use PPW. > must be able to utilize email. > must have the proper equipment and HUD-coded locks to perform preservation work. > must be able to complete basic preservation services. > must understand that photographing and documentation of work is very crucial. > must be able to provide estimates for any damages to the property. > must be detailed oriented & follow work order instructions. > contractors must understand the HUD guidelines. > turnaround time is 48-72 hours. > must have excellent communication skills.
