Job Title Spray Technician Starting Pay: $12-$18 an hour based on experience SIMPLE IRA offered Quarterly Bonuses 1 Week Paid Vacation Work Times: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm Location 2514 E YANDELL DR STE B EL PASO, TX 79903 • Relevant spray tech experience is preferred but not mandatory • On the Job Training provided • Must have a Valid Driver’s License Job Description: Lawn and Shrub Spray Technician To be able to successfully perform this role it is expected that you should possess or be able to - • Perform lawn and shrub spray treatments • Ability to properly identify different grasses and shrubbery to determine the appropriate treatment for them • Keeping equipment and vehicle clean and in working order • Perform liquid and granular chemical applications • Ability to manage a work route efficiently • Ability to properly fill out billing and estimate forms. • Ability to perform outdoor manual labor Personal Attributes • Good communication skills • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment and discretion • Able to communicate effectively with Clients • Able to build strong, cooperative, and cohesive working relationships Compliance • Must follow all rules, laws, regulations, and guidelines for industry practices
