During the Early Day to Early Evening hours. Availability of flexible hours may change as facility schedules may change. -The Potential Employee must be able to work in the United States. -The GOAL is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition. Perform Cleaning duties and minor organization projects as needed. -This job entails working in a commercial/Industrial environment. Responsibilities and Duties - Clean office spaces, breakrooms and restrooms. - Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas. (vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, refrigerators periodically etc.) - Empty Garbage Can and waste paper baskets. - Stock Paper Towel, Toilet paper and soap dispensers. - Carry out cleansing tasks and special projects as needed. - Stock, Inventory and maintain supplies. - Follow all health and safety regulations. - Maintain Water coolers, restrooms. Qualifications and Skills -Proven work experience as a cleaner preferred but not necessary. -Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, products, supplies and cleaning procedures. -Ability to make minor repairs as instructed.
