Maintenance Technician candidates must have some experience with building repair, carpentry, HVAC, remodeling, make ready or plumbing experience. YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS: ◆Complete work orders on timely basis. ◆Perform preventative maintenance. ◆Check, troubleshoot and repair the following items: appliances, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, electrical.  ◆Inspect the community on a regular basis and report any needs to the Service Director. ◆Participate in all community maintenance duties, including; preventative maintenance, service request completion, and grounds keeping. ◆Handle emergencies that arise with appropriate communication and reporting follow up. ◆Conduct business in accordance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act and all other laws pertaining to multifamily housing.
