Missing Tabby Cat since September 17

Hello, missing tabby cat named Apollo since Saturday September 17. He has an extra toe. The collar was located through Apple Tracker to be in Fremont North Transfer Station on Monday September 18. After the horrific location notification, we went through video footage to find Apollo took his collar off Tuesday, September 13, which confirms he is alive and ONLY his collar is at a trash facility. We thought he was home all weekend from our tracker, but we suspect a neighbor near 25th and Halladay tossed the collar after finding it on their property. He was last seen in person Friday September 16. Please let us know if you have any information.
