We are a General Contractor with a very solid client base here in Philly most of our projects are 3-4 unit Multi-family full gut rehabs and we are looking for solid, qualified subcontractors for our upcoming projects. Subcontractors -Must be willing to provide a W9 -Must be able to accept checks (we do not do Cashapp, Venmo, or Cash) -Must be licensed and insured -Must be able to read Construction Drawings -Must have a solid understanding of Building Codes If interested please respond to this posting telling us about your business and if possible include a link to your business website or social media pages.
