Property management company seeking a part time maintenance technician. We are looking for someone to dedicate 12 hours a week to our company. We would like you to work one day for 8 hours with the additional 4 hours spread out how you would like. We love property management and want an individual to take pride in their work. There is much room to grow! Wage $20-30 per Hr depending on experience. Job tasks include: Vinyl flooring installation Changing locks Cleaning out properties Painting Minor Plumbing/Electric Minor landscaping Must have: Tools, Vehicle, phone and valid drivers license We look forward to hearing from you!!
