My employer is hiring 100% remote positions in Indiana. Position: Escalations Specialist (no sales) You are required to have: Some Customer Service Experience High School diploma or GED Internet My employer will provide you with: 6 weeks of paid training (by Zoom) Laptop Headset *You Must pass a Criminal Background check and Drug Screen* I am not a hiring manager or recruiter: I am an employee just making referrals so I can collect bonuses on our employee referral program. The hiring process is not fast: Once you apply it can be days to weeks before you are contacted to schedule an interview. You are usually contacted by email and asked to schedule by email link. They will interview you by Zoom or Teams. You can use any device for this. After your interview you will be notified within hours or days to complete background check information and schedule the drug screen. Usually takes 5 to 10 days for the background check. Once the background check is completed you will receive an offer letter with the details of your employment. Your start date will likely be 30 days from the date of your interview but you can ask for the start date during your interview.
