The Warehouse Associate assists with all warehouse inventory functions and supports Sales Reps by ensuring timely delivery of machines in a professional and courteous manner. Works with other warehouse staff to ensure a clean, friendly, accurate, and safe process for equipment transactions. *****If interested email Michaela: [email protected]****** Essential Job Functions and Basic Duties: • Assists with inbound and outbound freight, ensuring accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation. • Receive and unbox office equipment and technology products. • Stage these products for assembly. • Serve as back up to the Delivery driver and deliver overflow orders • Assist parts/supplies department including shipping, receiving & backup to purchasing • Oversee warehouse equipment repair, set-up, and support. • Assist in maintaining stock in designated areas. • Enter data into computer system as needed to maintain accurate and complete inventory records • Establish and adjust work procedures to meet warehouse demands as dictated by sales schedules and workflow. Job Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Experience: • 1 year warehouse experience • Able to learn and function within multiple computer programs • Position requires local travel • Must have valid driver’s license and pass MVR check • Be punctual and have steady work attendance Working Environment • Mainly in warehouse environment • Noise level can be moderate to loud Physical Requirements • Ability to stand, sit, crouch, bend, and walk. • Repeated twisting at the torso while lifting and pulling inventory from shelves • Ability to Lift/Push/Pull 75 pounds to chest height • Able to operate a pallet jack and stand-up forklift • Ability to safely operate a delivery vehicle (Drive 26 Foot Box Truck, Operate Lift Gate) • Ability to use small hand tools. • Operate Stair Climber when needed Benefits include: Health, dental and vision insurance, Life and AD&D insurance-, Short- and Long-term disability, Paid, vacation, sick and holiday pay, 401k with matching.
