Description
We are currently looking for dependable and experienced subcontractors for two buildings in the south Aurora area near
E-470 and Smoky Hill Rd.
To qualify you must have:
1) An actual business name registered with CO Secretary of State
2) Proof of business liability insurance
3) Proof of worker's compensation insurance if you have employees
4) Verifiable professional references
We have the following opportunity available:
Cleaning of 2 small buildings 7 days per week after 6:30pm. These buildings take approximately 5 hours each night for 2 people.
Compensation: Base of $6500.00 monthly with a $1000.00 monthly bonus for a total of $7500.00 per month. The bonus is easy to earn.
